Exotic Cars: What does it mean?

Some think that cars that have winged doors are exotic cars. This is not correct in every case. There are a lot of exotic cars with typical doors. It is also not true that only German and Italian cars are considered as exotic cars. There are some British, American and Dutch exotic cars as well.
